Notice your energy: Do what is right. 

If you are unhappy, notice the energy around you- does it inspire you? Does it drain you? Does it motivate you? Does it intimidate you? I’m just now learning to be okay with saying ‘no thank you’ a little bit more and setting some boundaries.

It’s easy to get carried away in our life- life is exciting, life is moving, life is difficult, life can be scary- but above everything- life is learning- it’s learning the best ways to do what is right for you. If you don’t feel like a relationship is right for you or if you feel drained, start to understand where you should draw your own lines-where is your energy going and are you allowing it to be moved into places that are not healthy for you? Learn how to respect yourself, learn to get comfortable with saying no thank you, even if it is hard. Learn to better respect yourself, first.
Lesson: Sometimes the best things for us are not easy, but they are right. Do what is right, it will help you more than comfort and ease.
